Glutine Gluten

Cereali contenenti glutine, cioè grano, segale, orzo, avena, farro, kamut o i loro ceppi derivati e prodotti derivati. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut (Khorasan wheat), or their hybridised strains and derived products.

Crostacei Crustaceans

Crostacei e prodotti a base di crostacei: gamberi, scampi, aragoste, granchi. Crustaceans and products thereof: prawns, shrimp, lobster, crab.

Uova Eggs

Uova e prodotti a base di uova: maionese, emulsionanti, pasta all'uovo. Eggs and products thereof: mayonnaise, emulsifiers, egg pasta.

Pesce Fish

Pesce e prodotti a base di pesce, anche in piccole percentuali. Fish and products thereof, even in small amounts.

Arachidi Peanuts

Arachidi e prodotti derivati: snack, creme e condimenti. Peanuts and products thereof: snacks, creams and dressings.

Soia Soybeans

Soia e prodotti derivati: latte di soia, tofu, salse. Soybeans and products thereof: soy milk, tofu, sauces.

Latte Milk

Latte e prodotti a base di latte (incluso lattosio): yogurt, burro, formaggi. Milk and products thereof (including lactose): yoghurt, butter, cheese.

Frutta a guscio Tree nuts

Mandorle, nocciole, noci, anacardi, pistacchi e prodotti derivati. Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and derived products.

Sedano Celery

Sedano e prodotti derivati, anche in zuppe, salse e concentrati. Celery and products thereof, including soups, sauces and concentrates.

Senape Mustard

Senape e prodotti derivati, presente in salse e condimenti. Mustard and products thereof, found in sauces and dressings.

Sesamo Sesame

Semi di sesamo e prodotti a base di semi di sesamo. Sesame seeds and products thereof.

Solfiti Sulphites

Anidride solforosa e solfiti in concentrazioni superiori a 10 mg/kg o 10 mg/litro espressi come SO₂. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l.

Lupini Lupin

Lupini e prodotti a base di lupini, presenti in alcuni cibi vegan. Lupin and products thereof, found in some vegan foods.

Molluschi Molluscs

Molluschi e prodotti a base di molluschi: cozze, vongole, ostriche, calamari. Molluscs and products thereof: mussels, clams, oysters, squid.
